Mr. Collins graduated with BSBA from Appalachian State University in 1982, and is one of approximately 800 worldwide Certified Records Managers (www.icrm.org). He has been developing and implementing records management systems and programs since 1984, and brings high level records management expertise along with a strong technical understanding of software, labeling and tracking (including bar code and RFID technologies) for a wide range of item and people types. Eric holds US Patent # 5,953,843 for records management enhancement, and is inventor of the patent-pending 'All in One' RFID file folder label (# 61/043,856).. Mr. Collins assists with requirements analysis and as intermediary between customers and Virtual Doxx technical and delivery resources.

	Hugh Allen, MBA VP of Technology hugh@virtualdoxx.com 1-800-974-RFID (7343)
Mr. Allen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University, and holds his Masters Degree from New York University. He has over 30 years experience developing software and managing IT projects, including high level executive IT positions with Citi, General Electric, Merrill Lynch and other leading organizations. A project Mr. Allen managed for Citi included over 70 million credit cards at GE Capital and a development staff of 25+ working under his direct supervision. Hugh was contracted by Ernst & Young during late 1990's to manage the migration of data for the US Federal Government from approximately 11 credit cards to a single credit card procurement system, which Mr. Allen successfully performed for many millions of records. His focus has been on records management applications since 1997, bringing a valuable synergy of IT and records knowledge to our customers. Mr. Allen is the primary developer of the NetLabels, Virtual Labels and Virtual Doxx software applications, and inventor of the RFID In/Out Controller. He is also highly skilled in all facets of Bar Coding and RFID installations.

Mr. Carrington possesses a BBA from Sam Houston State University and a MA in Psychology (Industrial Organization (IO)) from the University of Texas-Pan American. Mr. Carrington is multi-talented with blue-chip credentials working in high level positions with ConocoPhillips, Juris Consultants, Direct Line Corporation and other industry leading organizations. Mr. Carrington is a Senior level, results-driven professional with exceptional track record of building customer relationships, developing effective sales teams, increasing sales and profits and maintaining P & L responsibility. Twenty five years experience in managing all phases of sales development cycle, from prospecting through detailed presentations/negotiations to closing while increasing growth and market share in mature highly competitive markets, with upper end product lines. Mr. Carrington has over 17 years real time experience in creating and bringing large client programs with as many as 100 websites to the first page and top of the listings at Google, Yahoo and MSN. Mr. Carrington is a creative architectural strategist in bringing together multi-media marketing, new business development, and branding across multiple channels utilizing digital media. Considered an expert by his peers in all things pertaining to web marketing focusing on SEO, search engine optimization and search engine algorithms.

Mr. Kelley has represented innovative and market-leading item tagging and tracking solutions for over 15 years. Steve is particularly skilled at recruiting and supporting resellers, their salespeople and their customers in designing and specifying label printing, item tracking and bar code/RFID solutions.

Mr. Heithaus’s thirty year career in corporate sales and marketing spans executive positions with Mead Paper®, Zellerback®, Cenveo®, International Filing and most recently at NECI®Filing, the United States largest custom and stock filing products manufacturer. Robert will direct sales strategies for B to B corporate client groups and industry OEM partnerships, plus, help bring forward the next generation of innovative RFID tracking programs and solutions. His professional focus includes: showcasing product benefits, implementing compelling value positions, and structuring technology for best-of-class services and communications.

Mr. Burgess distributes Virtual Doxx products and services under the RFIDtraxx brand, along with a full family of best-of-breed RFID software, hardware and tags manufactured in the United States to countries worldwide, with an emphasis on Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). These products include RFID tags, both passive and active, readers and software services. Dwight was previously an International intelligence officer with the US Government, providing him unique and keen insights into doing businesses internationally and with foreign governments.

Mr. Oliver is Virtual Doxx's go-to expert for the most complex server, systems integration, software architecture functions within Virtual Doxx Corporation. Andy is highly skilled in hosted, Windows, Linux and Solaris/Unix environments. He has held high level IT positions with Red Hat, Jboss, IBM, Lucent and similar IT firms, and currently provides consulting services on world wide basis, traveling over 250 days a year. Andy specializes in Enterprise Architecture Reviews and remediations.

Erin Kiser is a graduate of Barton College, and has been a consultant for a wide range of organizations, providing services for accounting, finance and administration. Erin manages all aspects of accounting- payables and receivables, taxation and investor relations for Virtual Doxx Corporation

Michael Kolb is a graduate in Computer Engineering, and provides day-to-day project management, as intermediary between customer and Virtual Doxx subject matter and technical experts. Mike is also skilled at requirements analysis, specifications definition and conversion of specifications to software design utilizing the Virtual Doxx 'Rapid Application Development Toolkit'

Many implementations of bar code and/or RFID system projects includes the requirement to import, validate and utilize customer-provided data to print labels and tags to tag items to be tracked and managed by Virtual Doxx Corporation software systems. Mr. Collins has five years experience printing tags and labels, application of tags and labels to conversion tabs and/or new folders and/or to assets or other item types. Joshua oversees label printing, labeling and file conversion services. Included in his duties is overseeing turn-key labeling and/or conversion of existing filing systems with color-code, bar code and/or RFID labels.

Mr. Weakley is a highly skilled RFID engineer, with the design of the RFID US Passport and other tag and hardware design achievements to his credit. Craig manages technology and new product development towards the advancement of RFID and wireless communications. He specializes in engineering management, including “hands-on” work with development of the products, tags and technology required for even the most complex RFID and item tracking solutions. Technical areas of interest are satellite communications (DBS), RFID, phased array antenna development, reflector antenna development, and antenna performance characterization.

Mr. Wilburn is expert relative to access control systems, proximity card technology, doorway/cabinet locking systems, and is highly trained by leading manufacturers across the industry. Shaun has over 10 years experience implementing, training and supporting access control systems and components. He is a key implementation resource for applications that blend access control systems with surveillance equipment and RFID technology.
