Web Server
	3.4ghz Pentium 4 with 3 X 200GB SATA disk drives, configured as RAID 5 Even if a disk drive fails, the server and database remain online Online 24x7x365, except for rare, scheduled outages A second server, located in New York, is available as a redundant backup
Database Backups
	Nightly Database Backups Copy of backup transmitted to a Server located in New York or North Carolina
Encrypted Communications
	Web server has a 128-bit SSL Certificate from GeoTrust, for secure, encrypted communications
Passwords
	Each User is assigned a separate UserID, with an encrypted password Secure Logon required for access to database
Downloaded Software
	All software downloaded to the PC client during installation is Signed with a Developer Certificate from Thawte/Verisign This Certificate ensures that the software has not been tampered with and identifies Virtual Doxx, LLC as the software developer
